Prime Cuts’ top priority is to produce safe, healthy foods for our customers. We give our customers peace of mind in the products they purchase by following stringent and rigorous food safety practices. From the farms that grow our fresh produce to the trucks that deliver the finished product, anything that could adversely affect the safety and quality of our product is constantly and carefully documented and monitored.
Traceability is a key component to an effective food safety program. Using customized technology, Prime Cuts is able to follow our products from farm to table. One click of our mouse and instantly we know where every product originated and where it ultimately delivered.
Our in-house Quality Assurance staff is constantly monitoring incoming raw products, finished products and facility to prevent, not react to, any potential food safety related issues.
